Connect or import your Hattrick data, choose what you want the club to achieve, set your management style, then let the Advisor build a first club report and three prioritized decisions.
Create or sign in directly with HCA. v13.2 uses the native account and Stripe billing shell, preserving per-user cloud and CHPP isolation without requiring Bubble.
Use your HCA account. Sessions can now use secure HttpOnly cookies on the hosted deployment, with legacy local-token fallback for development.
Passwords are salted and hashed server-side. Stripe card data never enters Hattrick Club Advisor.
v13.2 stores a user-scoped server snapshot separately from browser localStorage. Nothing is automatically overwritten: save and restore are explicit manager actions.
HCA_SECRET_KEY.One-page diagnosis built from visible squad, economy, fixture and opponent data. No future skill-progression assumptions.
Load a squad to generate the club diagnosis.
One local meta-engine ranks what matters now using urgency, impact, confidence, manager-goal alignment and evidence freshness.
Current structural cover by role. A role can be strong in the starting XI but still thin behind it.
One place for decisions, stale data, unresolved outcomes and items that need your attention. Nothing here triggers an automatic Hattrick action.
Thumbs up/down measures whether advice is useful to you. “I followed this” records the action in History & Learning. Feedback does not alter Hattrick data or automate gameplay.

Builds an advisory starting XI and five-player bench. Overall mode uses the selected Best XI formation; Next Match mode follows the current authoritative match-plan formation and advisor individual-order profile. Nothing is submitted to Hattrick while CHPP write approval is pending.
Builds a read-only 16-week Match Evidence Library and calibrates projections using formation, XI similarity, recency and match context. Attack sectors get separate conservative bias correction when repeated evidence shows systematic overprediction.
Strategic synchronization between current first-team Homegrown Domination gaps and the Youth Academy training focus. Youth and senior training remain mechanically independent.
League table comes from leagueDetails.asp; recent/upcoming fixtures come from matches.asp. CHPP sync remains user-triggered.
| Proj. | Team | Played | Now | Adj. PPG | Proj. pts | Range | Title signal | Confidence |
|---|
Projection is sample-aware. Official club-season results drive the table projection, while the available current-manager match sample is shown separately so inherited results are not confused with your own trend.
Ranks all seven rivals from the official table signal, then adjusts upcoming match difficulty for home/away context. This is league-context intelligence, not hidden Hattrick team ratings.
| Rival | Now | Proj. | League strength | Strength Δ vs us | Next meeting | Match tag |

A planning benchmark based on the current projected table. It does not replace Hattrick's official promotion rules or predict future opponent lineups.

This module does not search, monitor, bid or interact with Hattrick transfers. Enter/copy the visible player data yourself. Evaluation is limited to current squad impact, affordability, wage pressure and manually entered candidate comparison. The “maximum club commitment” is not a market valuation or bid recommendation; it is a private affordability limit based on current squad impact and protected cash reserve.
| Candidate | Verdict | Role | Price | Max commitment | Starter Δ | Strength Δ | Squad need | Comparison | Age profile | Action |

Ranks saved targets by modeled club value, not by market-price prediction. Add candidates in Manual Transfer Candidate first.
| # | Candidate | Role | Verdict | Price | 12w wages | 12w commitment | ROI | Cost / strength | Budget share |
|---|
Important: Candidate Comparison is a club-planning score, not a market-value estimate, transfer action recommendation, resale forecast or guaranteed financial return.
Builds an evidence-backed plan from the opponent's recent CHPP match ratings and formations. Scouting downloads happen only when you press the sync button.
Use the opponent's numerical Hattrick ratings (for example 10.00, 10.25, 10.50, 10.75). Left attack is compared with your right defence and vice versa. This predictor is a planning model, not a copy of Hattrick's hidden match engine.
The XI is generated for Plan A's formation from current visible skills. Individual orders are advisory and are not sent to Hattrick.
Local-only decision support for the single opponent currently selected. It never starts a CHPP download, never scouts several teams at once and never sends match orders to Hattrick.
The extended lab compares locally computed formation × tactic × attitude scenarios against the single opponent profile already loaded in Opponent Analysis. Running the lab makes no CHPP request. This is a planning model — not Hattrick's hidden match engine.
CHPP-safe scope: opponent match history is limited to the most recent 16 weeks and this tool does not track opponent-player changes. Only one opponent scouting history is retained at a time; changing the target clears the previous opponent history. Best workflow: import matches.asp plus the corresponding matchDetails.asp and matchLineup.asp XML files. Files are merged by MatchID. Team ID makes identification reliable when club names change. CHPP sector ratings (1–80) are converted automatically to the 1.00/1.25/1.50/1.75 style used by this predictor.

One squad can make six very different decisions. Activate a goal and the Advisor changes how it values matches, recruitment, cash protection and current squad structure.
Turn the academy into a deliberate supply line for the first team. HCA ranks reliable first-team homegrown gaps, maps your youth evidence to those needs, checks the current youth training focus, and proposes review-based training blocks for promotion candidates. Training-block months are planning horizons, never predicted skill-up or promotion dates.
Set the time of your latest weekly economic update. HCA then gives a configurable later-week scouting window. It is a heuristic, not a guarantee that a better prospect will appear.
Youth and senior training are mechanically independent in Hattrick. This is strategic synchronization: the academy focus is compared with current Homegrown Domination gaps in the senior team.
User-triggered, read-only CHPP sync of your own youth roster, visible skills, revealed maxima, promotion timing, last-match evidence and scout metadata. It never unlocks hidden skills and never changes youth settings.
Development XI favors current youth evidence, Homegrown first-team needs and discovery value. Best Available XI puts more weight on role evidence and confidence. A formation slot is never presented as a reliable player role unless current evidence supports it; low-evidence placements are labeled UNVERIFIED DISCOVERY. No youth orders are submitted to Hattrick.
Paste the coach notes exactly as shown after a youth match. HCA links recognized player names and skill statements to the prospect evidence log. Recognized coach sentences are retained verbatim; consecutive skill/performance sentences stay attached to the last explicitly named player until another player is named. No hidden skill is inferred.
For each tracked prospect, HCA recommends a skill focus, a planning block in months and a review cadence. The duration is a strategic focus horizon only — it does not predict a skill-up date, future skill level or guaranteed promotion readiness.
Enter only evidence you can currently see in Hattrick. Revealed potential is treated as Hattrick evidence, never extrapolated into a date or future skill level.
| Prospect | Age | Evidence role | Role confidence | Current evidence | Revealed ceiling evidence | Visible Hattrick skills | Senior need | Pipeline decision |
|---|
Build a winning identity around players developed by your own club. The Advisor measures the current senior squad, current Best XI, positional coverage and league context. It never predicts future skill-ups or training progression.
The senior Domination Score remains based on current senior evidence. Youth Academy adds the succession layer that supports it.
Homegrown origin is explicit evidence. CHPP squad data is never guessed from nationality, age or loyalty.
Fast local retagging after a browser/port migration. Use only what you know: mark the squad broadly, then correct exceptions before relying on Homegrown Domination.
Bulk actions are local only and preserve PlayerID-based tags through later senior-player syncs. HCA never infers club-grown status automatically.
| Player | Age | Best role | Quality | Best XI | Homegrown evidence |
|---|
This map identifies current internal options only. “Gap” means there is no confirmed current homegrown option at the role threshold; it is not a forecast of any youth player's future development.
Verifies that the current authoritative recommendation still matches the opponent, scout evidence, squad state, optimizer/baseline authority and learning snapshot. It never submits match orders or performs a CHPP download.
A HOLD item must be resolved before the Guard can return READY TO PLAY.
HCA is advisory only and does not read or submit your final Hattrick match orders. Confirm these four items only after you have entered them in Hattrick.
Use this as the final copy/check reference before kickoff. Any decision change resets the four manual confirmations.
A reliability dashboard for the advisor itself. Observed accuracy is shown only when real resolved outcomes exist; otherwise the app reports data readiness and sample depth instead of pretending the model is validated.
Observed outcome scores come only from recommendations you marked Followed and later resolved. A sample below 3 is treated as insufficient for adaptive confidence.
Save the authoritative HCA recommendation before kickoff, then resolve it only after a user-triggered result/evidence sync. This is an audit loop for your own club: it measures recommendation accuracy, plan adherence and sector projection error without tracking opponent players or performing background CHPP downloads.
Validating the current Match Planner recommendation, opponent and scouting evidence…
Compares the sector ratings saved with the recommendation to completed own-match ratings when that evidence is available. Bias is descriptive evidence for model review; v12.4.6 does not automatically rewrite historical Hattrick data or claim causal improvement from a KEEP/SWITCH decision.
Each row preserves the recommendation as it existed before kickoff: baseline provenance, KEEP/SWITCH state, confidence and evidence context. Later syncs may add the actual result and actual own-team match ratings, but never rewrite the saved recommendation.
| Date | Opponent | Saved recommendation | Decision | W / D / L | Actual | Plan used | Model audit |
|---|
Optional Command Center feedback remains separate from match-result learning. Mark whether you followed a recommendation and the observed outcome. This can calibrate Decision Engine confidence after enough samples, but never changes Hattrick data.
| Date | Category | Recommendation | Confidence | Impact | Your action | Outcome |
|---|
Start from Hattrick cash available after this week’s already-booked commitments, then stress-test transfers and explicit scenarios. Auto mode does not repeat this week’s gain/loss into future weeks; Manual mode lets you enter recurring cash flow assumptions.
| Week | Baseline cash | Scenario cash | Scenario Δ | Event | Status |

This roadmap uses current squad quality, sector gaps, finances, league position and manually entered candidate comparisons. It does not plan future training or project future skill progression.
One place to see what the Advisor knows, how old each data source is, and what should be refreshed before you rely on a recommendation. All CHPP downloads remain read-only, user-triggered and sequential.
Freshness never triggers an automatic CHPP download. It only tells you when a manual refresh would improve the evidence behind a recommendation.
Consumer Secret and OAuth tokens stay in the local Python bridge. Your Hattrick login is entered only on chpp.hattrick.org.
Tip: download your approved CHPP XML responses for teamDetails.asp, players.asp, training.asp, economy.asp, matches.asp, leagueDetails.asp, plus opponent matches.asp, matchDetails.asp and matchLineup.asp, then import them here. This version does not ask for your Hattrick password.
Beta safety layer for runtime errors, data integrity, duplicate detection and backup checks. Safe repairs never alter Hattrick source data outside this local copy.
v13.2 backups include app version, schema and export timestamp; signed-in users can also keep an explicit server-side cloud snapshot. Restore accepts older raw-state backups but validates them before replacement.
No backup validation has run in this session yet.
