HCA ranks reliable first-team homegrown gaps, maps your youth evidence to those needs, checks the current youth training focus, and proposes review-based training blocks for promotion candidates. Training-block months are planning horizons, never predicted skill-up or promotion dates.

Scout Timing Advisor
Set the time of your latest weekly economic update. HCA then gives a configurable later-week scouting window. It is a heuristic, not a guarantee that a better prospect will appear.

Scouting logic: Hattrick guidance says the talent pool is refreshed daily and that calling later in the week can be sensible because many managers call immediately after the economic update. Since the 2024 youth-scout change, all scouts are called together and their available prospects are shown side by side. HCA therefore uses a configurable later-week window rather than claiming one magic minute.
First-Team Need → Youth Training Alignment
Youth and senior training are mechanically independent in Hattrick. This is strategic synchronization: the academy focus is compared with current Homegrown Domination gaps in the senior team.

User-triggered, read-only CHPP sync of your own youth roster, visible skills, revealed maxima, promotion timing, last-match evidence and scout metadata. It never unlocks hidden skills and never changes youth settings.

A formation slot is never presented as a reliable player role unless current evidence supports it; low-evidence placements are labeled UNVERIFIED DISCOVERY. No youth orders are submitted to Hattrick.

Selection rule: HCA never invents a reliable youth role. 65%+ reliable role evidence can support an assignment; 40–64% evidence-compatible roles are marked POSSIBLE ROLE; below 40% the placement is UNVERIFIED DISCOVERY and is not a role recommendation. Development XI is a planning aid for your own academy and does not predict skill-ups or promotion dates.
Coach Report Evidence
Paste the coach notes exactly as shown after a youth match. HCA links recognized player names and skill statements to the prospect evidence log. Recognized coach sentences are retained verbatim; consecutive skill/performance sentences stay attached to the last explicitly named player until another player is named. No hidden skill is inferred.
Promotion Training Planner
For each tracked prospect, HCA recommends a skill focus, a planning block in months and a review cadence. The duration is a strategic focus horizon only — it does not predict a skill-up date, future skill level or guaranteed promotion readiness.
